Shipping

We ship throughout Pakistan and Worldwide. Our standard delivery timeline within Pakistan is 3 to 5 working days. For International orders, delivery timeline is 7 to 10 working days. In case, you have selected our Premium Stitching Service, please expect additional 7 to 10 working days. For International shipments, custom duties if levied will be borne by the customer.

Perfumes cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Exchange

Exchange is possible within 10 days of purchase. Only those articles will be exchanged/returned that either have manufacturing issues, wrong sizes delivered which are not according to your order and the shipment of wrong items.

We have no policy for refund. In case of a qualified claim a Coupon Code will be provided that can be used to shop again for the same value from ONLINE store only.

There is no return and exchange policy on sale articles. All sales are final.
